As a general rule the cotton sweater would fit the same as the Betty z blouse, IE. if you wear a 14 Betty z blouse you would take a 14 cotton sweater (Rayon sweaters are thinner and a size smaller may be fine. We don't recommend the Rayon sweater if you cut the blouse sleeves, or with our sleeveless blouses)
